PURCELL, OKLA. — The City of Purcell is updating its operating hours for City Hall beginning Friday, March 28, 2025. These changes are part of ongoing efforts to improve customer service and enhance access to digital services for residents.
New City Hall Hours:
The adjusted hours align with recent upgrades to the City's online payment system, making it easier and more convenient for residents to manage their utility accounts, pay bills, and opt into paperless billing.

PURCELL, OKLA. — OKLAHOMA Resolute is now enrolling for Spring 2025 Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes in Purcell and Pauls Valley, available to students ages 16 and up. These free classes offer flexible scheduling and allow much of the coursework to be completed online.
