PURCELL, OKLA. — The City of Purcell is updating its operating hours for City Hall beginning Friday, March 28, 2025. These changes are part of ongoing efforts to improve customer service and enhance access to digital services for residents.

New City Hall Hours:

• In-Person Customer Service: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Phone Support: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The adjusted hours align with recent upgrades to the City's online payment system, making it easier and more convenient for residents to manage their utility accounts, pay bills, and opt into paperless billing.

PURCELL, OKLA. — OKLAHOMA Resolute is now enrolling for Spring 2025 Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes in Purcell and Pauls Valley, available to students ages 16 and up. These free classes offer flexible scheduling and allow much of the coursework to be completed online.

Class Locations & Times:
Purcell:

• Sundays: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Mondays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pauls Valley:

• Wednesdays: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Class Dates:
March: 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9, 10, 11, 12
April: 6, 7, 8, 9 and 13, 14, 15, 16
May: 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11, 12, 13, 14 and 18, 19, 20, 21

🎓 Graduation will be held in June 2025.

This updated platform allows residents to take full control of their utility account with convenient features including:

• Pay your bill online quickly and securely
• View your account balance and statements
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Access up to two years of consumption history
• Download and save a copy of your most recent bill

In addition to online access, customers can manage their account anytime, day or night, by using our automated phone line. Simply call 1-833-759-7264 and follow the prompts.

This new system is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and provide residents with modern, user-friendly options for managing utilities.
