Executive Director

Elisabeth serves as the Executive Director of the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber, reporting directly to its Board of Directors. She oversees the Chamber’s administration and operations, ensuring the success of its programs, events, and daily functions. Elisabeth plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and implementing both short-term initiatives and long-term strategic plans that align with the Chamber’s mission. With a commitment to connecting people and fostering business growth, Elisabeth and the Chamber provide invaluable support to businesses of all sizes across the five-town region of Purcell, Goldsby, Wayne, Lexington, and Washington.

As a visionary leader, Elisabeth directs the Chamber’s digital strategy, managing its website, social media platforms, digital content creation, press releases, email marketing campaigns, and publications. She serves as the primary contact for all Chamber events, overseeing their planning and execution—from large-scale community celebrations to intimate networking gatherings. 

Additionally, she manages the Chamber’s database and oversees all invoicing operations with precision and care. Elisabeth facilitates the work of key leadership groups, including the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Business Development Committee, Community Development Committee, and Economic Development Committee. Beyond her responsibilities with the Chamber, she serves as Chairperson of the Purcell Tourism Committee, President of the McClain County Museum Board, and Past President of the Purcell Rotary Club, where she completed a distinguished two-year term. Elisabeth also contributes to the Purcell Lights from the Heart Committee and has been instrumental in placemaking initiatives in collaboration with The Chickasaw Nation and the University of Oklahoma.

Her commitment to professional growth is demonstrated through her impressive accomplishments. Elisabeth is a 2024 graduate of the SCRO Regional Citizens Academy, hosted by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, and a proud alumna of the Leadership Mid-America Class of 2020, hosted by the Mid-America Technology Center. She also completed the prestigious Chamber Management Institute (CMI) program in 2020 through the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives (OCCE).
